We start paddling on time! Please:

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour
• Showing up at the start time = too late
• No-shows or late arrivals: no refunds, no reschedules

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

❌ No refunds for:

• Cancellations within 24 hours
• Late arrivals (even with transport delays)
• Being unfit or unable to paddle on the day

If we need to cancel the tour due to safety concerns, we always offer you the choice of:

• A full refund
• A free reschedule
• Swapping the kayaking tour for a guided walking tour

🚻 Do You Have a Restroom?

Unfortunately, there’s no restroom at the meeting point. Please use one before arriving.

👙 Is There a Place to Change?

No changing rooms are available. Please arrive with your swimsuit on and bring a towel.

🏝️ Why Don’t We Stop at Lokrum Island?

We’d love to — it’s a stunning spot! However, access to Lokrum requires a separate entrance ticket, which in 2026 costs €30 per person.

Since that’s nearly the price of our entire tour, it’s just not a practical or budget-friendly option for most guests.
